This section establishes the rules for using the fixthebits platform, the responsibilities of the parties, and the limitations applicable to technology consulting services, IT audit, data structure optimization, and micro-transaction security training.
The platform offers IT audit services, digital asset maintenance, recovery strategies for system errors, and training for securing micro-transactions. All services are provided according to the specifications agreed upon in the individual contract.
The user is obliged to provide accurate and complete information necessary for conducting the audit. Any error or omission may affect the results of the services. The user is responsible for the security of their own access data and for complying with applicable legislation.
The provider undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, adhering to industry standards. Audit results and recommendations are offered in good faith, without guaranteeing the complete elimination of risks. The provider is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
The total liability of the provider for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for that service. Under no circumstances shall the provider be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.
Use of the platform may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. In the event of a serious breach of terms, the injured party may terminate the contract immediately. After termination, confidentiality obligations and liability limitations remain in effect.
The provider reserves the right to modify these terms with 15 days' notice, communicated via email or on the platform. The user has the right to renounce services within the notice period if they do not accept the changes.
All payments are made according to the issued invoice. Returns are possible only in the event of non-fulfillment of services as per the contract, within 14 days from the invoice date. Returns are not accepted for training services already provided.
